  5. Freímos nuestras bolitas de carne (a esepcion de las que separamos para la salsa) mientras esto se fríe bien, podemos ir preparando nuestra pasta, no olvides que la pasta debe estar al dente y debe ser lo último que tiene que terminar su cocción.
  6. Ponemos una cacerola al fuego con aceite y freímos las 2 albóndigas que separamos, pero estas las deshacemos, esto es para espesar nuestro aderezo y darle el sabor de las albóndigas,
  7. Agregamos la cebolla con el tomate y sal condimentamos, luego agregamos la salsa de tomate solo la cantidad necesaria para colocar nuestras albóndigas y también ponemos el ají panca, mezclar todo bien y agregar las albóndigas fritas
  8. Una vez hecho esto aumentamos 1 taza o 1/2 taza de agua hasta cubrir ligeramente las albóndigas con la salsa, tapar y dejar cocinar por 5 minutos aproximadamente.
  9. Escurrimos nuestro spaghetti y servimos con las albóndigas y la salsa. Para darle más sabor y para decorar, estrujar un poco de orégano.
