  1. Cortar en cubos los tomates peritas y las berenjenas. Reservar.
    Cortar el morrón y las cebollas en trozos bien pequeños. Rehogar en aceite junto con los ajos hasta tiernizar. (QUE NO SE QUEME EL AJO!!!)
    Agregar el tomate perita y las berenjenas antes a mitad de cocción de los otros vegetales.
    Incorporar el puré de tomate, sal, pimienta, pimentón y orégano a gusto. Cocinar durante 30 min a fuego medio. (Podes agregarle un poco de agua y evitar que se queme).
  2. Pelar los chorizos. En un boul mezclar la carne picada junto con el interior de los chorizos.
    Agregar sal y provenzal a gusto (Atentis con la sal porque el chorizo ya esta condimentado). Amasar bien durante 10 min. De esta manera no necesitas agregar huevos ni harina y quedan geniales!
    Ahora... a armar las albondigas. El tamaño lo decidís vos, yo las hice grandes.
  3. Una vez armadas las albondigas... a cocinarlas!
    Sellarlas en una sartén o cacerola con un poco de aceite y luego llevarlas a la salsa para que terminen su cocción.
  4. Cocinar el arroz de la manera que te guste.
    Yo lo herví en agua con sal ya que luego le puse salsa por encima.
    Y ahora si... A COMERRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!
