- Ya que hierva el caldillo agregamos un litro de caldo de res o de pollo si no tenemos puede ser agua... sazonamos con Knorr Suiza al gusto y esperamos a que hierva

- Agregamos un chipotle de lata al caldo junto con las albóndigas a fuego medio esperamos unos 20 min(si le agregas una rama de apio y unas ramitas de hierbabuena le da un sabor muy rico

- Agregamos verduras al gusto to agregue primero.la.zanajoria y rajitas de Chile poblano, 10 min después agregue el ejote y 5 min después la papá y las dejamos que hierva unos 10 o 15 min probamos el sazón y 5 min antes de apagar el fuego agregamos las calabacitas
